Thursday, May 12, 2016

In 2013 SDA Bocconi, in collaboration with OltreVenture has established an observatory on impact investing aimed at studying, through the collection of cases, experiences, data, the evolution of impact investing, in order to understand the conditions that could enable its development as an industry; generate influential knowledge and disseminate best practices and reference models that can stimulate the creation of a suitable ecosystem. SDA Bocconi Impact Investing Lab is member of the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA), has collaborated with G8 - Social Impact Investment Taskforce. SDA Bocconi is further enhancing its commitment by launching a new Sustainability Lab in order to cover themes like CSR, environmental management, energy, social entrepreneurship. The Lab is going to develop Knowledge, Network, Education, Communication initiatives and aims at becoming the point of reference bringing at a common table, business leaders, public officials and scholars. The lab won’t be a standard research centre, but a flexible and adaptable initiative that help businesses to reflect on what they have already achieved and devise what may come next.
