Experiential Learning Congress

This presentation showcases how Business Development meets International opportunities! Novancia trains a new generation of business development managers with dual expertise in both entrepreneurship and commerce and aims to guide them towards professional success. Using case studies like the Natural Change Project in Scotland, it taught participants how to become champions of sustainability. Additionally, the workshops invited participants to make sense through dialogue in context in the external environment, using the Dialogical Experiential Learning model. This different method of facilitation allowslearners to discover a richer and deeper level of learning and offers facilitators an opportunity to evoke more meaningful conversations working alongside learners subjectively.
