International Research GSOM Emerging Markets Conference 2018
Our academic member Graduate School of Management at Saint Petersburg University, Russia organized their 5th conference GSOM Emerging Markets 2018 on 4 – 7th October. There were about 150 papers presented within the conference program and 350 scholars and practitioners from all over the world took part in the main tracks and associated round tables, workshops, master classes and panel discussions. The main topics of GSOM EMC 2018 included talent management, entrepreneurship, innovations in business, marketing strategies, corporate governance and communications.
ABIS was invited to this conference to chair a session at the Business in Society track. Our CEO Ivo Matser engaged in chairing a panel discussion about Enablers for Sustainable Business: Leadership, Digitalization and Governance. In the afternoon the discussions were revolving around Approaches to Integrating the UN SDGs into Corporate Strategy and CSR Drivers for Primary and Secondary Stakeholders.
