Smart, Connected And Green: A Symposium On Innovation In Commercial Real Estate
Maastricht University's European Center for Corporate Engagement and the MIT Center for Real Estate are joining forces for an event to explore the economic drivers for innovators in the smart, connected and green buildings of the future. During the event you will hear from the innovators themselves, top researchers from ECCE and MIT and from leading initiators of the most sustainable and connected cities and buildings. Four topics will be discussed:
- Benchmarking Innovation
- Smart
- Connected and green building value
- Role of the innovator in meeting the space demands of today and the supply of innovative space for tomorrow
Some of the speakers are David Geltner of MIT, Christopher Durbin of Cisco, Karsten Spengler of ARUP, Ronald Rovers of SBS, Martin Haas of Haas Cook Zemmrich, Peter Hobbs of IPD, and Quinten de Gooijer of Temphousing and Thies Lindenthal of MIT.
