Scenario Building Workshop on Futures of Business Education

On April 3rd at 15:00 CET, the Scenario Building Workshop will be a fundamental activity side by side with an exclusive list of participants from business schools as Rectors and Vice-Rectors, Deans, faculty members, researchers as well as futurists and foresight experts.

ABIS will involve them to live a practice-based experience in thinking, discussing and shaping possible future scenarios for business education. We will guide the participants through a deep experience in the practical exploration, reflection and realisation of 4 different possible pathways of business education in 2050, concerning academia, business sector and society.

We are pleased to organize a third stakeholder workshop since the Knowledge Into Action Forum "Futures of Business Education" that took place in May 2022, where we initiated this foresight process. During the first workshops we were able to identify the most impactful yet uncertain factors that will influence the future of business education in the next 30 years and start outlining the emerging scenarios. We have been working since to create pathways alongside the 2x2 scenario matrix.

We are pleased to present the first draft of these 4 scenarios and give the opportunity for our participants to share feedback and contribute to the further development of these scenarios.
