European Multistakeholder Forum on CSR
The most recent plenary meeting of the European Multistakeholder Forum on CSR was held in November 2010. Four years later, the current European strategy on CSR1 will phase out in the end of 2014 and is up for renewal. Following a public consultation in the summer, this meeting will provide an opportunity for stakeholders and the European Commission to exchange views on the future of European policy on CSR.
Objective of the meeting is to achieve feedback on the achievements, shortcoming and future challenges of the European Commission’s policy on CSR. Following a plenary meeting, the meeting will be divided into parallel sessions to discuss the most critical issues regarding CSR. Each parallel session will have a Rapporteur in order to identify the key discussion topics and proposals. The meeting will be closed by another parallel session.
