Ruth García Palafox
Ruth García Palafox joined ABIS in April 2015 has Executive Assistant.
As Office Manager, she organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Ruth is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
Her responsibilities also comprise maintaining the financial records, balancing the books, identifying the discrepancies, providing resolution, generating reports,etc., by following the instructions given by the senior personnel that would help in the achievement of the goals and objectives designed by the organization.
Ruth holds a degree in Tourism from Rey Juan Carlos I University of Madrid where she conducted a research project on History and Tourism Resources. She also has a certificate in secretarial studies.
Prior to this position at ABIS, she worked as an Assistant in Brussels for Garrigues Law Office.
